Estudio Lab40 is a multi-functional photography and event space. The only warehouse conversion in Zona Sul, it has been completely renovated into a mondern minimalist live/work loft.
Located in the in Rio de Janeiro, Estudio Lab40 was constructed to be the ideal space for photoshoot. Redesigned in concrete and resin finish, it offers 18ft ceiling, six floor to ceiling slidingaltura.ewer windows with southeastern exposures with a breathtaking view of the city and the ocean.
Additional ameneties include access to master suite with private bathroom and dressing room, second suite converted into make up/dressing room with private bathroom, drive in garage for two vehicles, tropical garden with a 9x9 swimming pool, and a mezzanine. Brilliantly designed, the two suites are divided by a zen rock garden with sky light, allowing natural light to saturate both suites.
Estudio Lab40 is the perfect location for photo-shoots, film shoots, exhibits, private events and culinary demonstrations.
