Conditions: A separate check for security deposit is required to book the studio ($1200). Longer or messy shoots (cars or animals) will require a larger deposit. Clients must return the stage and client areas to the same conditions as they were found. Deposit check will be refunded after all or any damages have been assesed. Any use of smoke machines must be discussed prior to rental. All jobs are COD (no exceptions). |
